We worked with the Lyda Law Firm to develop all of our estate documents including setting up a trust, a will and all necessary powers of attorney, etc. We have legal insurance through work and they managed the claim directly with the insurance company, making the process so affordable and easy! Their process was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

David Nocera was warm and approachable. He provided thoughtful expertise and answers to my questions, and offered additional useful information that I had not yet thought of myself. I found our consultation very helpful to completing my legal zoom forms.

Had an excruciatingly poor experience with this law firm. Specifically with attorney Megan Douglah. Ms. Douglah expressed interest in my case through my legal insurance. After providing some additional information on my potential case, as quickly as she expressed interest, she immediately tells me she doesn't have time to support and to look for another attorney. I wholeheartedly understand attorneys have every right to pick and choose what cases they want to take on. But Ms. Douglah's actions to me were foul. Expressing interest under false pretenses, thereby creating a false sense of hope, only to change her mind soon after is despicable and wrong. Based on my experience, I do recommend you stay away from this law firm and emphasize caution if you ever interact with Ms. Douglah!

I spoke with David Nocera regarding questions related to our living trust and wills created through Legal Zoom. First he called me right at the established time. He was a great listener and answered all my questions very courteously and succinctly. He pointed out a few things of which I was unaware. That was very helpful. Highly recommend him.

I reached out to David for some legal advice regarding vacation property we own in Colorado, despite not being Colorado residents. He listened to our questions, gave us a clear range of options and took the extra steps to help us track down some information on file with our county. Grateful for his assistance and I'll definitely reach back out if we have more questions!
