Karl Leinberger not only guided me through winning an unbelievably complicated long-term lawsuit but along the way established legal precedent and won many of the small battles that occur during a lengthy lawsuit. Being in a creative business is no more insulation from legal issues than any other. Karl approached unfamiliar legal issues in a way that was familiar to me. He thinks outside the box and that enables him to create strategies that were not only unexpected by our opposition but also successful. His knowledge of legal issues is a given, but more importantly, his understanding of the emotional toll the process can have on his clients is an immense asset. He is always available for not only the legal counsel but also the empathy and support that is as much needed during the process as the legal chops are.

Markoff Leinberger was extremely helpful in directing us to a resolution for a breach of contract dispute. Not only were they able to obtain a settlement on our behalf from the bonding company but also directed us on how to approach the case on a criminal level which resulted in the party being charged as a felony.
